Quality Inconsistencies and Burnout: Preparing contracts and legal documents consumes significant time and can lead to inconsistencies due to burnout, especially under tight client-imposed deadlines.
Manual Comparison and Error Rates: Major inefficiencies in their process is the manual negotiation and revision of changes with counterparts, leading to potential errors and high time consumption.
Knowledge Loss and Training Challenges: High turnover among junior lawyers and the lack of a centralized knowledge base, results in recurring inefficiencies and extended training periods..

Typesense over Algolia: Typesense is an open source next generation search engine that’s (i) light weight, (ii) typo tolerant, and (iii) safely clusterizes information in separated data spaces.
Training on Dagshub: After evaluating many training platforms we concluded Dagshub was the best option from a price-to-value, security and privacy perspective.
Multi model approach: Instead of implementing a large LLM we dissected the text processing into different models to improve precision and avoid hallucinations.
